How do I place an order online?

Ordering online with BéréSanké Percussion is simple! When you have found the item you want in the Marketplace, click on the “Buy Now” button next to it. Your item will be added to the shopping cart.

When you want to view what's in your shopping cart, click on the "Cart" link above the products listing. You will be taken to your Shopping Cart, where you will see a breakdown of your order. To keep browsing, simply click on the button “Continue Shopping” or the "Back to Product Page", which will take you back to the Marketplace.

Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click on the button “Checkout”. Once you complete the new customer form or log in as an existing customer you will then be redirected to Paypal to complete your payment. A breakdown of shipping costs will also be included.

Please allow 2 business days for all orders to be processed!

How do I add and remove items from my Shopping Cart?

In the Marketplace, to add an item to your Shopping Cart, simply click the "Buy Now" button.

To remove something, go to your Shopping Cart, click on the “Delete” button that occurs next to each item in your shopping cart. If you want to adjust the quantities ordered, change the number in the quantity field then click the “Update Quantity” button.

The “Continue Shopping” button lets you go back to shopping to your heart's content!

What payment methods do you accept?

BéréSanké Percussion accepts online payments through Paypal. You do not need an account with Paypal to place your order.

Other methods of payment include wire transfer or money order, made out to “BéréSanké Percussion”. If you want to pay with this method, please choose the appropriate method during the check out process.

Will my order look exactly like the photo on the website?

All of BéréSanké Percussion’s products are handmade, so it is impossible for any two items to be exactly alike. Your order will correspond reasonably with the image seen in the Instrument Gallery, but all measurements and colours are approximate.

Should you have any specific requirements, please make a note in the Comments field in your Shopping Cart and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If your requirements cannot be met with products in-stock, you will be contacted to see if you want to place a Custom Order.

If you are not satisfied with any product that you receive, you can either return it for a full refund (less 15% restocking fee) or exchange it for another item of equal value.

Can I make a custom order?

Yes BéréSanké Percussion is happy to accept Custom Orders. You will be contacted within 48 hours of making your request. Fabrication times and specifications vary per instrument, so custom orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Contact to place your custom order. Please be as specific as possible.

The item I want is out of stock – Can I pre-order?

Yes BéréSanké Percussion is happy to accept Pre-Orders. Time-lines for the delivery of pre-orders are dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Click on the Pre-Order button and fill out the form to place your pre-order.

Do you sell replacement parts for musical instruments?

BéréSanké Percussion does sell some replacement skins, gourds and woods. Contact us at for information about a specific replacement part.

Do you repair damaged instruments?

Yes BéréSanké Percussion can repair damaged instruments. We also tune, adjust and customize instruments. Contact for information about a specific repair or request.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us at immediately. We are happy to make changes or cancel your order if it has not already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped, it may only be returned as subject to our Return Policy.
