BéréSanké Percussion ships to destinations all over the world.
Please be advised that customs or import duties may be applied when the package reaches your country, and will be your responsibility. How long will my order take to get to me?
BéréSanké Percussion ships every Friday - Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination and the shipping option you choose (ie. Canada Post or UPS, Expedited Express, Next Day Air or Standard Ground). You can specify your shipping choice in the Shopping Cart before you “Checkout”.
Shipments with Canada Post in Canada and the US are either "Expedited Parcel" (2 - 7 business days) or "Xpress Post" (2 business days). International shipments with Canada Post are shipped either "Surface" (4 - 6 weeks) or "Air" (6 - 10 business days).
UPS ships to Canadian, US and International destinations in 2 - 5 business days.
Shipping insurance is available upon request, and is recommended.
You can request or decline to insure your shipment in the Shopping Cart.
How much will shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on the approximate weight and size of your package. When you add items to your Shopping Cart, the shipping cost is calculated and adjusted automatically, according to the items you put in your cart. If you'd like to know the cost of shipping your order, go to your Shopping Cart and click “Check Out”.
Occasionally, a larger order will require a custom quote that cannot be calculated through the shopping cart; in these cases we will phone you to authorize additional shipping charges.
Are there any other charges or duties?
In Canada:
GST and PST is applied to all orders for individuals in British Columbia. In all other provinces, GST only is applied to all orders.
USA and International:
Your shipping cost with UPS includes the customs brokerage fee, but all orders are subject to applicable customs, duties, and taxes according to the government rules of your country.
