Availability

The availability of BéréSanké Percussion’s products is dependent on many factors, and the availability of any item may change at any time and is subject to change without notice.

We will notify you by email if an item selected is out of stock, at which time you can decide if you want to backorder that item.

Return Policy

BéréSanké Percussion is proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your order in its original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less a 15% restocking fee) or an exchange of equal value. Shipping costs and customs fees are not refundable.

Items returned in non-saleable condition due to use or damage will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Exchange or refund will only be applied to an item received in its original condition.

The utmost care is taken to ensure that your order arrives in excellent condition. If, however, your order is damaged in shipping you must contact the shipping company as soon as possible to process a claim. Please retain the shipping carton and packing materials until the matter is settled. BéréSanké Percussion will not be held liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by damage during shipment, but will support your claims against the shipping agency.

Upon receipt of the damaged item, BéréSanké Percussion will provide a free replacement for insured shipments only.

Warranty

All instruments (excluding skins) are under a 30-day warranty. Claims for defects or for damage not incurred during shipping must be made to BéréSanké Percussion within 30 days.

Due to the fragile nature of skins and hides, these are only covered under warranty for 3 days. Any defect or damage to skins must be reported within 3 days of receipt of shipment.

Please keep in mind that BéréSanké Percussion’s traditional West African musical instruments are made with natural products that are subject to the elements and must be recognized as such by the buyer. In some instances, small splits, cracks or other imperfections are merely cosmetic and are not considered manufacturing defects. For this reason, warranty concerns are dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

All reasonable freight charges (excluding customs duties) relevant to the warranty item will be reimbursed. This does not include exchanges based on a dislike of color, sound, craftsmanship, or misunderstanding of product description. You must include the original postal receipt in your return package to be eligible for a shipping credit.

Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
